Personal Training

With over 15+ years as a sports coach and personal trainer I offer personal training that actually works for you. I work with all levels whether you're brand new to exercise or looking for a trainer to elevate where you're at, I got you. 

 

I blend strength, conditioning, and mobility into programs for well rounded training and make sure that your sessions are both effective and enjoyable. Every session is tailored not just to your goals but also how you like to move, because the "most optimal" plan means nothing if its not something to want to do. ​

We'll focus on getting stronger, moving better, and building consistency. 

Personal Training Options

Virtual Sessions

Virtual training that goes beyond just convenience. Structured to keep you challenged, engaged, and consistent. I create workouts that are effective and built around your routine and set up. Regardless of equipment access I will ensure you'll get the most out of every session.

 In Person Sessions

For this option I come to you!

Train in your own space whether thats your home gym, apartment gym, or just in your living space. 

I work with what you have, from full set up to just a few basics plus equipment I'll bring to every session. 

Pricing

In Person - $150 per session
Virtual - $100 per session

*I know funds can be short right now, I have a few slots for sliding scale pricing available*
