Nutrition impacts every aspect of your life and every aspect of your life will impact your nutritional needs. 

Nutrition in the mainstream is focused on select factors such as diet, weight loss, and GI dysfunction, however these are only a few of the many things nutrition plays a critical role in. Nutrition can also help support:

- Hormone Function (pre-diabetes/diabetes, PMOS/PCOS, PMDD, estrogen/testosterone)

Working with me you’ll learn to support your body, and improve your energy, digestion, sleep, and ability to keep up with your everyday needs. With a focus on long term health, we also will take into account how we can improve your quality of life as you age through nutrition. 

 

We will address underlying imbalances contributing to risk of disease development or those playing a role in exacerbating symptoms. Whether you’re looking for general support, disease prevention, or guidance through acute or chronic conditions, the goal is to help you make informed, supportive choices that strengthen your health both now and into the future.

As a queer nutritionist I provide inclusive, affirming nutrition sessions with an understanding of the unique experiences within the LGBTQIA+ communities.

 

Gender Affirming HRT greatly impacts and shifts your body's nutritional needs. I help adapt your nutrition to support body composition changes, reduce associated risk factors, and help you feel more balanced.

 

Pre/post surgery nutrition and guidance to prepare your body for surgery and support optimal recovery. For those who are concerned with weight related surgical requirements, no problem! We can develop healthy and realistic strategies to ensure your well being comes first while being able to get the surgeries you need.

Whether you're new to movement or already active, your nutrition should meet the needs of your training. I work with clients of all levels to support performance, recovery, and build strength.

 

Together we will develop a plan that addresses nutrient need and timing for your individual pre/post exercise. Ensuring you are getting the most out of your movement, while avoiding energy drops and long term complications of under fueling.

 

We will also discuss electrolyte and supplement use to help you  determine whether either is necessary or useful for you. 

Pricing

Virtual nutrition sessions are sliding scale $65-$150 per session. 

In person sessions $150 per session.
