ABOUT

I'm a Functional Medicine Nutritionist with a Master's in Nutrition, a IIN Health Coach, and a Personal Trainer. My goal is to help you feel your best. Health looks different for every person, what works for one person could be harmful to the next. Which is why I take a holistic approach, where we look at all factors that influence your wellbeing and nutritional needs. This will include your relationship to food, time and access for cooking, sleep schedules, stress, work, environment, lifestyle factors, etc.​​​

There's a lot of noise in the health and wellness field, we will break it all down and focus on what will work for you. Whether you have specific goals, need to address health concerns, or just need help leading a healthier life, I will tailor it all for you. No fads, no harsh diets, no misinformation.

I specialize in affirmative coaching with the LGBTQIA+ community but my clients also include people from all backgrounds who are seeking healthy lifestyle changes.
